Role Description The Project Aid role is a part-time, remote position that supports the journal’s editorial and project management activities. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating project timelines, organizing documentation, and assisting with tracking manuscripts or initiatives from planning through completion. The Project Aid will help prepare reports, maintain databases or spreadsheets, and support communication between editors, authors, and collaborators. The role may also involve basic research or information gathering, scheduling virtual meetings, and ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are clearly documented and met. This position requires consistent, reliable remote collaboration with the editorial team and adherence to established processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines.
