As a fast-growing startup, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across accounting, finance and business operations while working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Verify, prepare and record invoices, receipts and payment transactions
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reconciliations
• Organise and file accounting documents (physical and digital)
• Assist in preparing schedules for month-end closing
• Support GST documentation and financial reporting requirements
• Help track expenses, petty cash and employee claims
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on finance-related matters
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned

Pay: $1,800.00 - $1,900.00 per month
