Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining operational documents and records.
• Support document filing and audit preparation.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes and reports when required.
• Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the manufacturing industry.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a team.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
