Receptionist (Part-Time)

Location: Yishun

Salary: $15/hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities


Attend to front counter
enquiries and incoming phone calls.
Assist with data entry and
general administrative duties.
Receive and distribute
deliveries, parcels, and documents.
Support the issuance of
report books, certificates, and stationery.
Assist with packing, sorting,
and distributing materials for school activities and events.
Maintain an organised and
professional front desk area.
Perform other ad hoc
administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements


Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC,
or equivalent.
Basic Microsoft Office
skills.
Good communication and
customer service skills.
Organised, responsible, and
able to multitask.
Comfortable with light
physical duties such as packing and moving materials.
