Job Description

LightArtVR is looking for responsible, friendly and energetic Part-Time / Freelance Event Crew to join our team and assist in operating our VR experience booth at Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur, as well as various other events.

The selected crew members will be responsible for assisting visitors in using the VR equipment and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VR equipment during events.
• Assist visitors with wearing and using VR headsets.
• Provide guidance and brief explanations about our VR experience featuring the Sirah of Prophet.
• Ensure all VR equipment is properly used and handled.
• Assist with booth setup, arrangement and housekeeping.
• Manage visitor queues and ensure smooth customer flow.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements

• Age: 18–35 years old. Open to both males and females.
• No prior VR experience required, as training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible and punctual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the general public.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and according to event schedules when required.
• Previous experience in events, customer service or retail is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
