Job Purpose

To support the Market Engagement team in sales, customer engagement activities to strengthen PR1MA’s market presence and engagement with potential customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team in supporting sales and market engagement activities.
• Assist in identifying and compiling potential customer and market leads.
• Assist in conducting basic market research and gathering information on customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, market analysis, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and market engagement records.
• Support the coordination of sales and promotional activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on customer enquiries and leads as required.
• Support the preparation of marketing and sales materials for market engagement activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
