We are looking for motivated, ambitious and passionate individuals to join One Dream All Star as Property Consultants.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling and renting properties while building strong relationships with property owners and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market residential and commercial properties through various platforms.
• Handle property listings and generate leads from online and offline marketing.
• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the property transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on clients’ needs.
• Negotiate and coordinate between buyers, sellers, bankers, lawyers and other relevant parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Participate in team training, meetings and property-related activities.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the property market, financing and sales techniques.

Requirements

• No previous real estate experience required — training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing and real estate.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other digital marketing platforms.
