Role Focus
As an Events Assistant, you’ll support the event process from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event activities. You’ll also gain experience in guest engagement and event content.
What You’ll Do
Event Planning: Support event preparation, timelines, and task coordination.
Logistics: Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
On-Site Support: Assist with registration, guest engagement, and event operations.
Content & Promotion: Support event content, promotional materials, and social media.
Post-Event Support: Gather feedback, organize data, and assist with follow-up.
