Bright Culture (*************) is a growing tuition centre in Singapore focused on helping students learn smarter, build confidence and achieve better academic outcomes.

We believe education should be engaging, relatable and meaningful — not simply about memorising content and preparing for exams.

As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for a creative intern who can help us tell our story, connect with students and parents, and create educational content that people genuinely want to watch and share.

As part of the internship, you will also receive coaching and mentorship from Radical Kindness (*************), giving you the opportunity to develop your creative thinking, content skills and understanding of youth-focused communication.

This isn't an internship where you simply watch from the sidelines.

You'll be given opportunities to create, experiment, receive feedback and grow.

IDEA CREATE PUBLISH ANALYSE IMPROVE

As a Creative Content & Education Marketing Intern, you will be involved in the full content journey — not just posting content.

You will:

• Brainstorm creative content ideas for students and parents

• Create and edit TikToks, Reels, short-form videos and other social content

• Develop hooks, scripts, captions and creative concepts

• Turn complex academic concepts into simple, relatable and shareable content

• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and website

• Research social media trends and explore how they can be adapted for education

• Work with teachers and the academic team to develop educational content

• Assist with content planning, production and publishing

• Monitor content performance and learn from the results

• Explore AI and emerging digital tools for content creation

• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives

• Pitch your own ideas and take them from concept to execution

COACHED BY RADICAL KINDNESS - (*************)

A key part of this internship is learning from people who work in creativity, youth engagement and meaningful communication.

You will receive coaching and guidance from Radical Kindness, where you will be exposed to:

• Creative thinking and idea development

• Content creation and storytelling

• Understanding youth culture and audiences

• Developing content with purpose

• Building authentic and relatable communication

• Learning from content performance and feedback

• Turning ideas into meaningful creative projects

This means you won't be expected to figure everything out on your own.

You'll learn, create, receive feedback, improve and create again.

We are looking for a Polytechnic or University student who is:

• Creative, curious and full of ideas

• Passionate about social media and content creation

• Genuinely interested in education and young people

• Comfortable with video creation and basic editing

• Able to understand trends without simply copying them

• A strong communicator and storyteller

• Willing to experiment and learn from failure

• Comfortable taking initiative and sharing ideas

• Open to coaching, feedback and continuous improvement

• Positive, empathetic and values-driven

Relevant fields include:

Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Design, Creative Media, Business, Education or related disciplines.

Your course of study matters, but creativity, portfolio, attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

We are not looking for someone who simply wants an internship to add to their CV.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating content and believes education can be made more engaging, relatable and meaningful.

Someone who asks:

“How can we make this interesting?”

“How can we explain this differently?”

“Why did this content work?”

“How can we make someone stop scrolling?”

“How can this actually help a student?”

You don't need to be an expert.

You need to be curious, creative and willing to learn.

With coaching from Radical Kindness and hands-on experience at Bright Culture, you'll have the opportunity to develop your creative skills while working on real content for a real audience.

Content experience matters.

You don't need professional experience.

But you should have created something before.

This could include:

• Personal TikTok / Instagram / YouTube content

• School, Polytechnic or University projects

• Personal creative projects

• Freelance work

• Content for clubs, CCA or student organisations

Experience creating high-performing or viral content is a bonus.

Your content does not have to be educational.
