Internship Compliance Intern Jobs, salary up to MYR 500 in IMotorbike Shah Alam - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Monitor contract status, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and renewals.
• Maintain, organize, and update company records and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry requirements, and prepare concise summaries and reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance department.
• Assist with day-to-day legal and compliance matters as required.
• Support other projects and initiatives within the department as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a related law degree.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three (3) months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrates an interest in Legal Technology and emerging legal solutions.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
