You will assist with the day-to-day financial operations related to e-invoicing and financial management for the business, working closely with our skilled and dynamic Finance Team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills within the expanding E-commerce finance sector.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Finance Team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank statement reconciliation.
• To assist in keying in invoices, issuing payments, issuing official receipts, credit notes.
• To assist with monthly tracking of company physical inventory.
• To assist in record-keeping, filing, documentation, and correspondence.
• To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments requested by superiors.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Final year bachelor’s degree students in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business and Administration or related field.
• Good administrative and organization skill.
• Good in Microsoft word, excel, power point.
• Able to work as a team.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Is a strong team player, shrewd interface agent and a confident communicator.
• Is always fueled with positivity, energy and can-do attitude in managing assigned responsibilities.
• Has proficiency in Microsoft Office and in languages of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Has 3 to 6 months’ availability for the internship placement.
• Has outstanding academic and extraordinary non-scholastic achievement in any discipline.
