**職位：兼職 Cloud Kitchen 廚師 (Part-Time Cloud Kitchen Chef)**

**時薪 (Hourly Rate)：** $75 / 鐘

**返工時間：** 每星期返 3-4 日，每日 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (主要做 Dinner peak 晚餐高峰期)

**工作地點：** 觀塘 (Kwun Tong)

**Job Summary / 職位概述：**

我哋搵緊一個有經驗、手腳快嘅 **Part-Time Cloud Kitchen Chef** 加入我哋嘅外賣團隊！時薪 **$75/hr**，主要負責 6pm-9pm 嘅晚餐段。**（只要有廚房煮食經驗就得，無做過外賣店/Cloud kitchen 都無問題）**。因為我哋係純外賣店，最講求出餐速度同品質穩定。你需要負責煮食、Prep料、同埋確保食物 Pack 好送出。

**主要職責 (Key Responsibilities)：**

* 跟足公司 **Standard Recipe** 快速煮食同出餐，確保味道 **standardized**。

* 睇住 **Kitchen Display System (KDS)** 頂單，有條理咁排好出餐次序。

* 用啱指定外賣包裝包好嘢食，避免漏汁，確保到客手入面重係熱辣辣。

* 負責基本嘅 **prep work**、執料、同埋幫手 **setup/reset** 個 **station**。

* 保持廚房環境乾淨企理，符合食物安全同衞生標準。

* 幫手睇住 **stock**（庫存），做好食物 **labeling**，減少浪費。

**入職要求 (Requirements)：**

** English speaker is preferable**

* **必須有廚房煮食經驗 (Cooking experience in kitchen is needed)**。

* 熟識基本廚房衞生、刀功同食物安全知識。

* 手腳靈活，適應到 **fast-paced**（節奏快）嘅工作環境。

* 有責任心、守時、有 **teamwork** 精神。
