MADSHRIMP is looking for a creative and hands-on

E-Commerce & Content Executive

to help grow our online presence and e-commerce business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media, and is comfortable working independently.

Aquarium knowledge is a bonus, but not required

— we'll teach you what you need to know.

What you'll be doing

Content & Social Media

Photograph and film new fish, shrimp, aquatic plants and products

Create engaging short-form videos/Reels using CapCut or similar tools

Create simple promotional graphics and banners using Canva

Prepare and publish content across

Instagram, Facebook and Telegram

Turn weekly new arrivals into exciting launch content

Maintain a consistent MADSHRIMP brand look and voice

Customer Marketing

Create

New Drop, New Arrival and Restock

campaigns

Prepare customer broadcasts through our messaging platform

Assist with promotional and customer re-engagement campaigns

Help turn social-media traffic into website purchases

Who we're looking for

You don't need years of marketing experience. We're more interested in someone who is

creative, reliable and willing to learn

.

Ideally, you:
Are comfortable with Instagram, Facebook and short-form video

Know or are willing to learn

Canva and CapCut

Have a good eye for photos, videos and visual presentation

Are comfortable using a computer and learning Shopify

Can write clear, engaging English

Are organised and able to work independently

Are willing to photograph/video live aquarium livestock

Have an interest in aquariums, fish, shrimp, plants or pets —

big plus

Have basic digital marketing/e-commerce knowledge —

bonus

Students, fresh graduates and candidates building their digital marketing/e-commerce portfolio are welcome to apply.

MADSHRIMP is a Singapore-based aquarium business specialising in high-quality ornamental shrimp, exotic fish and aquatic products.

We are passionate about bringing unique and healthy aquatic livestock to the local aquarium community. Behind every fish and shrimp we offer is a strong focus on proper care, good husbandry and maintaining healthy aquarium environments.

Our team works hands-on with livestock every day — from receiving and acclimating new arrivals to daily aquarium maintenance, livestock care and preparing orders for our customers.
