The gig

A client needs AI to move from idea to impact. You embed with their leadership team, find the wins, ship them fast, and make AI part of how the business runs.

Strategist. Builder. Change agent. All three.

What you'll do

• Chart the roadmap: Find the highest-value AI use cases and prioritize them against real business outcomes.
• Ship, don't just slide: Take pilots from idea to production in weeks.
• Pick the right tools: Choose models, platforms, and partners on capability, cost, and security.
• Set the guardrails: Build practical governance so clients move fast without breaking trust.
• Lift the team: Coach leaders and build AI fluency that sticks.
• Prove the value: Track ROI and report to the board in plain language.
• Leave them stronger: Hand over playbooks and mentor internal champions.
• Grow the network: Share what works with fellow fractional leads.

You bring

• 7+ years leading transformation in strategy, product, data, tech, or ops
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM solutions in real businesses
• Fluency in foundation models, agents, automation, and RAG, and where each fits
• The ability to talk to the C-suite and the engineers, and have both listen
• A bias for action and a love of messy problems
• Consulting or fractional experience (a big plus)

Bonus points

• Change management or org design chops
• AI governance and regulatory know-how
• A track record of AI launches with results to prove it
