Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize sales-related documents and records.
• Support the sales team with internal coordination tasks.
• Assist in drawing and updating network diagrams and solution architecture diagrams (Visio, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
• Follow up with internal departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Operation teams for required information.

Requirements

• Final-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree student in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum internship duration of 6 months.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking or IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, *************, or diagramming tools is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
