We are looking for a Campaign Operations Intern who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured processes.
You will support the operational execution of CRM, loyalty and customer engagement campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, according to established processes and within agreed timelines and SLA.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, process compliance, coordination and making sure operational details are properly followed through.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day campaign operational execution from setup through completion.
- Follow established SOPs, workflows, approval processes and operational controls when executing campaign tasks.
- Review campaign requirements and ensure all required information, approvals and materials are complete before execution.
- Coordinate campaign setup, data preparation, validation, testing and other operational activities.
- Track timelines, SLA, pending actions and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Perform operational checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with campaign requirements.
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, records, checklists and supporting documentation.
- Follow up proactively with relevant teams on outstanding information or actions.
- Identify process gaps, execution errors, delays or potential operational risks and escalate them promptly.
- Support campaign testing, UAT and pre-launch readiness checks where required.
- Assist with post-campaign reconciliation, documentation and operational reporting.
- Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring process or execution gaps.
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and execution quality.
- Comfortable working with SOPs, processes, checklists and operational controls.
- Disciplined in following procedures while able to identify when something does not look right.
- Strong sense of timeline ownership and responsibility for timely deliverables.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
- Comfortable following up with different teams to ensure actions are completed.
- Proactive in highlighting delays, discrepancies and risks early instead of waiting for instructions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, accountable and willing to follow through on assigned tasks until completion.
- No prior working experience required.
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
