Marketing Coordinator

Digital Marketing, Content & Client Projects

Full Time | Entry Level | Singapore

Your First Marketing Job Should Be More Than “Can You Help With This?”

You have graduated. You know some marketing theory. You have probably used ChatGPT more times than you would admit in an interview. Now comes the useful part: learning how marketing actually gets done.

Clinic Genie is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

We are a healthcare marketing consultancy working with specialist clinics. We help our clients with SEO, social media, content, copywriting, digital advertising, websites and marketing strategy.

This is a hands on role for a fresh graduate or someone at the beginning of their marketing career. You will create work yourself. You will coordinate projects. You will work with clients, designers and other marketers. You will use different AI models as part of your everyday workflow.

Most importantly, you will see what happens after your work goes live.

What Will You Actually Do?

Think of the role across five areas.

1. SEO

  • Learn how people search and how businesses get found.
  • You will conduct keyword and competitor research, develop content ideas, optimise website content and support ongoing SEO campaigns.
  • You will learn to move beyond “we need to rank on Google” and understand what people are actually searching for, why they are searching and what we should do about it.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Help turn ideas into content people might actually want to read, watch or respond to.
  • You will develop social media ideas, content calendars, campaign concepts, captions, articles and short form content.

Some ideas will work.

Some will not.

Learning why is part of the job.

3. Copywriting

Words matter, particularly in healthcare.

  • You will write and edit website pages, articles, advertisements, landing pages, social content and other marketing materials.
  • You will learn how to take complicated information and make it clear, useful and appropriate for the person reading it.
  • You will also learn how marketing changes when you work in a regulated industry.

4. Coordination

Good ideas are useless if nobody gets them finished.

  • You will coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, revisions and approvals across multiple projects.
  • You will work with our designers, marketers and other team members to take projects from idea to execution.
  • You will also communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify requirements, provide updates and keep projects moving.

Yes, occasionally this means politely chasing someone for something they promised three days ago.

Welcome to working life.

5. AI Assisted Marketing

  • You will have access to different AI models and tools to support your work.
  • You may use them for research, ideation, analysis, writing, planning, content development and problem solving.

But knowing how to type a prompt is not the skill we are hiring for.

You will learn which tools are useful for different jobs, how to give them proper context, how to challenge their output and when your own judgement matters more.

AI can help you get to an answer faster.mYou still need to know whether the answer makes sense.

You Will Also Get Exposure To

  • As you develop, you will have opportunities to work on SEM and paid advertising, website projects, analytics, campaign reporting, marketing strategy, proposals and client presentations.

We are not expecting you to master everything at once. The point is to give you enough exposure to understand how the different pieces of digital marketing fit together.

Who Are We Looking For?

You might be a good fit if you:

1. Are a fresh graduate or have up to two years of relevant working experience.

2. Have studied Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.

3. Can write clearly and confidently in English.

4. Are organised enough to manage several projects and deadlines without needing someone to remind you about everything.

5. Are comfortable communicating professionally with clients.

6. Enjoy writing, content, social media and digital marketing.

7. Are curious about SEO and how people behave online.

8. Are comfortable using AI and interested in learning how to use different models properly.

9. Can work with designers, marketers and other people without assuming everyone can read your mind.

10. Take initiative when you see something that needs to be done.

11. Can receive feedback, make changes and produce a better second version.

12. Care about whether your work actually works, not just whether you finished it.

You do not need previous healthcare marketing experience.

You do not need to be an SEO expert.

You do not need to know every advertising platform.

And we certainly do not expect a fresh graduate to somehow have five years of experience.

We are hiring for potential, attitude, thinking and your willingness to learn.

Why Clinic Genie?

Because at the beginning of your career, breadth matters. You might join us thinking you want to do social media and discover you love SEO. You might start as a writer and realise you are surprisingly good at strategy.

You might discover that your real strength is taking ten moving pieces, three people and one deadline and somehow making everything come together.

At Clinic Genie, you will get to:

1. Work on real campaigns for real healthcare businesses.

2. Build practical experience across SEO, social media, content, copywriting and digital marketing.

3. Work directly with designers, marketers and clients.

4. Learn how to coordinate projects from brief to completion.

5. Use multiple AI models as part of an actual professional workflow.

6. Understand how marketing works within Singapore’s regulated healthcare sector.

7. See the performance of work you helped create.

8. Take on greater responsibility as you become better.

We will teach.

We will give feedback.

We will expect you to think.

And as your capabilities grow, so will the amount of ownership you receive.
