We are a Singapore-based technology company building blockchain and AI products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented part-time Finance & Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting records and finance administration.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain accurate records for company expenses, invoices, reimbursements and payments.

- Organise supporting documents for supplier payments, staff claims and company transactions.

- Perform bank reconciliations and keep payment records up to date.

- Prepare payment schedules and supporting documents for management approval.

- Support monthly closing and prepare simple finance summaries, including cash position and upcoming payments.

- Maintain orderly accounting files and records for tax, corporate secretarial and annual reporting purposes.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance operations.

- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.

- Familiarity with bank reconciliation, expense claims, accounts payable and basic monthly closing.

- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is preferred.

- Detail-oriented, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential financial information.
