Company Overview

We are a Pilates, Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis studio offering boutique private and group classes. We focus on restoring body alignment, functional movement, fascia and stress relief, and improving overall fitness. We support clients with chronic pain, spinal issues, and rehabilitation.

Job Summary

You will manage client enquiries and instructor communications, administer the studio management system, and develop SOPs and systems to support smooth studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries to provide accurate information and support during designated admin hours
• Coordinate effectively with instructors to facilitate scheduling and communication
• Administer and maintain the studio management system to ensure accurate records and smooth operations
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to improve studio efficiency and service quality
• Follow up with clients and instructors to ensure commitments and appointments are met
• Adapt to flexible working locations and schedules, including availability on weekends and public holidays

• Strong communication skills to engage clients and instructors clearly and professionally
• Organized approach to managing multiple tasks and following up on outstanding issues
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays to meet studio operational needs
