Responsibilities

CGSI MY is hiring!

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting various HR initiatives.


What You'll Learn

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain practical exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Learn how to manage recruitment data, reports, and trackers accurately.
  • Gain exposure to employer branding initiatives and broader HR activities.


What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Support

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review and screen resumes based on hiring requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and collect relevant information.
  • Update candidate records and recruitment databases accurately.


Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Send interview invitations, reminders, and related communications.
  • Follow up on interview arrangements and feedback when required.


Candidate Experience

  • Provide timely and professional updates to candidates.
  • Respond to general candidate enquiries and escalate issues when necessary.


Recruitment Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support data collection and reporting activities.
  • Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks.


Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Assist with social media content, job advertisements, career fairs, and campus activities.
  • Help prepare recruitment marketing materials.


HR & Industrial Relations Support

  • Assist with assigned HR administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Maintain trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information.


Other Responsibilities

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to other HR functions when needed.


What We're Looking For

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Students with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources are encouraged to apply.


Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible and professional when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
