About the Role
Cintra Consultancy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to support the production of engaging short-form and long-form content for our clients and internal brands.
You will work closely with our content strategists, producers and creative team to transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form social media videos, advertisements, interviews, home tours and founder-led content.
Organise and manage raw footage, audio files and project assets.
Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music and sound effects where appropriate.
Apply basic colour correction, audio balancing and visual enhancements.
Adapt video formats and dimensions for different social media platforms.
Review feedback and complete revisions accurately and promptly.
Ensure videos follow the approved creative direction, brand guidelines and project brief.
Support the creative team with content ideation and editing references.
Maintain proper file organisation and version control.
Assist with other post-production tasks when required.
Requirements
Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
A good understanding of social media content and short-form video trends.
Strong visual sense, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Open to feedback and willing to improve through revisions.
Basic knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, colour grading or sound design is an advantage.
A portfolio, showreel or sample of past editing work is preferred.
