About the Role

Leadership Management Malaysia (LMM) is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Facilitator to deliver professional development workshops that inspire learning and create lasting behavioural change.

You will facilitate structured learning sessions, encourage participant engagement, and ensure every participant understands and applies the programme’s key concepts to improve workplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

•         Facilitate weekly learning workshops following the LMM Facilitator Guide.
•         Lead engaging discussions on key concepts, best practices, and practical application.
•         Explain programme processes and participant expectations clearly.
•         Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
•         Assess participants’ learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
•         Ensure workshop quality aligns with Leadership Management Malaysia standards.
•         Prepare and submit workshop reports after each session.
