Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers upon arrival
Present restaurant menus and help customers to recommend food/beverages
Take and serve orders
Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and settle payments
Setup, clean, and organize workstations
Ensure enough cutleries for the shift
Provide customer service over various platforms
Assisting other team members when needed
Ensure safety for customers
Bring used dishes/cutleries to cleaning station and cleaning/washing/drying accordingly
Cleaning and tidying of whole restaurant including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, counters, exteriors, washrooms, etc.
Assist with simple ingredient and sauce preparations
Must have food safety and hygiene basic level 1 cert
