Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing/Social Media Management (managing creators/influencers, uploading UGC videos, TikTok/FB/IG/Lemon8, etc)
  • Operations & E-commerce (Shopee/Tiktok Shop/Shopify, fulfilment coordination, ads management, campaigns coordination)
  • AI optimisation (upgrading internal workflow using latest softwares- i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
  • Customer Service & CRM (responding to inquiries, loyalty program/upsell strategies)

Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
