Outlet: Club Street, Robertson Quay, Great World City & Orchard

Requirements:

• 3-6 months commitment/long term commitment
• 25-30 hours/week
• 1 weekend availability

What you will do:

• Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Preparing the table set up for service.
• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest’s cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.
• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problem.

What you get:

• Salary range: up to S$14-$15/ hr | 25-30 hours work week, no split shift.
