About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Solution Architect Intern to join our Solutions team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, solution design, technical documentation, and customer project requirements while working closely with Solution Architects, Engineers, and other technical teams.

This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and technology consulting and want to understand how technical solutions are designed and implemented for real-world business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects in designing and documenting cloud-based technical solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Support the preparation of solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Conduct research on cloud technologies, products, and industry best practices.
• Assist in evaluating and comparing different technology solutions based on performance, scalability, security, and cost.
• Support technical discussions and meetings with internal teams and, where appropriate, customers.
• Assist with proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and basic solution testing.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and other teams to support project delivery.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud, AI, data, and cybersecurity.
• Perform other technical and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as GCP, AWS is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of networking, databases, operating systems, and software development concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to create clear technical documentation and diagrams.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
