Job Description
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and quotations
- Support in sourcing and comparing material and subcontractor prices
- Assist in project cost monitoring and budget tracking
- Help in preparing tender documents and contract administration
- Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Perform site visits when required
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction/interior fit-out works is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
