Responsibilities

• Help post job adverts and screen applications to shortlist candidates for vacant roles.

• Manage routine correspondence and filing so HR processes run without delays.
• Assist to organise small staff events and recognition to keep morale steady across sites.

Requirements

• Currently studying a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for record keeping and simple reporting.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude when dealing with staff at all levels.
• Curious and coachable, eager to learn practical HR work in a hands-on environment.
