As part of our continued expansion of executive learning programmes, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Faculty – Bancassurance to design and deliver a high-impact learning module for banking and financial-services professionals.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Bancassurance practitioner, industry expert, or executive educator to create a practical, engaging, and business-focused learning experience using a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach.

The successful faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering a full programme module in a hybrid learning format, combining in-person and online learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive, executive-level Bancassurance module aligned with current industry realities.
• Deliver the programme through an engaging hybrid learning model.
• Apply Problem-Based Learning to transform real-world business challenges into meaningful learning experiences.
• Develop relevant business cases, simulations, scenarios, group exercises, and practical assignments.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and encourage peer learning and knowledge sharing.
• Connect concepts with practical challenges across banking, insurance, distribution, customer experience, sales, partnerships, strategy, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Ensure participants can translate learning into practical business impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from professionals who bring a strong combination of industry expertise and facilitation capability, including:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Bancassurance, banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience in executive education, corporate training, facilitation, or professional learning.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and commercially relevant insights.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning and Problem-Based Learning methodologies.
• Ability to engage experienced professionals through discussion, cases, challenges, and applied learning.
