Job Description: Internship for Electrical Engineering

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in electrical design, testing, and maintenance. The successful candidate will work on real-world projects under the supervision of experienced engineers, developing skills that are vital for a career in electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Key subject matter expert on application and technical solutions for battery product(s)/ System
• Provide innovative solutions to both current and new customers, on applications and technical concerns
• Recommend product improvement and / or modification(s); as per customer specifications.
• Provide details root cause analysis report on customer reject unit with effective containment/corrective action.

Product Design

• Customize and design for battery product(s)/system.
• Create BOM for any new battery product (s)/system.
• Source for new material / tool / machine for Batteryhouse product (s)/ system or production improvement.

Production Improvement

• Provide technical expertise for developing the appropriate for manufacturing tests, production process and product reliability test.
• Provide guideline and guidance for production test system.
• To guide technician on repairing failed battery pack.
• Collecting, organizing, processing, and analysing large quantities of cell/packs test data to evaluate performance
• Assist Manufacturing and QC departments with testing; to ensure that products meet the customer expectations, and product reliability.
• Advise Manufacturing and QC departments on matters involving on
• Tooling design
• Testing techniques /Machine

· Manufacturing tool/Machine

· To write application notes and technical solutions, as required

· Schedule product knowledge training to Sales Team, to communicate new designs, modifications and / or features on Batteryhouse product (s) /system.

Requirements:

• Prefer mandarin speaker to deal with China counterpart.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, New Energy Engineering, Mechatronic/Electrical preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical reasoning skills
