Role Description This is a part-time remote Video Editor role focused on creating engaging video content that showcases Rafeq’s services and student journeys. The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing and content teams to edit raw footage, add graphics and motion elements, and ensure videos align with the brand’s visual and storytelling standards. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, color correcting and grading, synchronizing audio, inserting subtitles when needed, and exporting content optimized for social media and digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating on content concepts, suggesting visual improvements, and maintaining a consistent style across all video materials.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and assembling coherent, compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and quality across different types of content.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, lower thirds, overlays, and social media assets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar software).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity in visual storytelling, and basic understanding of social media video formats and best practices.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills and experience in education or student-focused content are a plus.
