Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract preparation, orientation, probation confirmation, performance reviews, contract renewals, and offboarding.
Prepare and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical P-files, ensuring all personal and employment information is kept confidential and up to date.
Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations, including Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit (WP) applications through the relevant MOM platforms.
Coordinate and monitor employee performance appraisals, probation assessments, and contract renewals.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage and process end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately [50–100] employees accurately and within the required timelines.
Handle all statutory payroll submissions and contributions,
Prepare and submit annual employee income tax reporting, including IR8A, as well as IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees.
Administer employee benefits, including leave administration, medical claims, insurance, and other employee-related benefits.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond promptly to employees' queries relating to salary, payroll, benefits, and compensation.
