Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant who will help grow our brand through engaging video content and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Capture and produce short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to increase audience engagement
• Plan, film, and edit marketing videos that support promotional campaigns and brand messaging
• Manage and schedule posts across social media channels to maintain consistent content flow and audience interaction
• Brainstorm and execute content ideas, trends, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and follower growth
• Assist with social media strategy development and track analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content that aligns with marketing goals
• Film behind-the-scenes footage, product videos, and event coverage to provide diverse content for social media
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms to respond promptly and maintain community interaction
• Organize media files and maintain content calendars to ensure efficient content management and scheduling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using content planning or social media scheduling tools to streamline posting processes
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop to enhance visual content
• Ability to appear on camera or direct short videos to support creative content production
