Job Description

• Assist the Procurement team with day to day procurement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Assist in obtaining and comparing supplier quotations and preparing quotation comparisons.
• Assist with supplier sourcing, communication, and documentation.
• Maintain and update procurement records, catalogue item, and filing systems.
• Initiate e-signing processes and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documents.
• Assist with procurement reports, data analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Education

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
