SAMYUJ Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering and technology company involved in energy, sustainability, engineering solutions, training and technology.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Intern to support our digital presence and online communication.

This internship is suitable for students interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation, websites and business communication.

Previous knowledge of our industry is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing social media content.
• Support LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing simple graphics, posters and presentations using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist in creating short videos and other digital content.
• Research relevant industry topics and business trends.
• Assist in updating website content.
• Support basic SEO and online visibility activities.
• Assist in preparing newsletters, announcements and promotional materials.
• Research competitors and their online marketing activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare simple reports.
• Maintain an organised library of company photographs, videos and marketing materials.
• Assist management with other digital marketing activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
• Digital Marketing

• Information Technology
• or other relevant disciplines.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
• Interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Able to work independently after receiving instructions.
• Malaysian citizen and eligible for internship placement.

Advantage

• Experience with Canva.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI tools.
• Good photography/video skills.
• Good written communication.

Previous professional marketing experience is not required. Training will be provided.
