Job Summary

Support the Inventory team in monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, preparing reports, and ensuring sufficient stock is available for outlets and campaigns. This role is suitable for interns who want to gain practical experience in retail inventory and stock planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and stock movements.
• Update inventory data and prepare simple reports.
• Ensure inventory records in the system are accurate and up to date.
• Help identify stock differences, low-stock, excess, and slow-moving items.
• Compile sales and inventory data for stock planning.
• Track inventory performance during promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Retail, Warehouse, and Operations teams to collect stock information.
• Organise inventory documents and records.
• Assist with stock replenishment and allocation to outlets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• No working experience is required; training and guidance will be provided.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn how to use inventory systems.
• Careful when handling numbers, data, and stock records.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with the team.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Available to complete the required internship period.

Pay: RM900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
