About WuXi XDC

WuXi XDC is a leading global Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) dedicated to bioconjugates, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). We support pharmaceutical and biotech partners worldwide from discovery through commercial manufacturing.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a fast-growing biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, working closely with both local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at our global HQ.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other talent channels

Maintain and update candidate trackers, HR databases, and recruitment reports

Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (documentation, welcome kits, system access requests)

Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and campus engagement activities

Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and employee record maintenance

Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required
