AI can plan, write, and generate, but it can't show up, carry, film, or run an errand. The role

This isn't a "post on our Instagram" internship. You'll own organic growth experiments end to end, coming up with content angles, shooting and shipping them across TikTok/Reels/Lemon8, and reading the data to see what actually drives installs and completed quests (our north-star metric). Our best-performing content isn't about the app, it's about people and the weird, funny, very human things they get paid to do. You'll mine real quests for stories and turn them into content people want to watch. This is a paid internship.

What you'll do

• Plan, film, and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Lemon8), fast, scrappy, trend-aware
• Pitch and run weekly content experiments, then report on what worked using real outcomes, not just views
• Dig into completed-quest data to find story angles and emerging demand
• Help source and brief UGC creators, and test new formats and distribution ideas
• Spot what's working in our other markets (MY, PH) and adapt it for Singapore

• Live on TikTok and instinctively know why something goes viral
• Can shoot and edit a watchable video on your phone, this week, without a production crew
• Care about results. You'd rather have one video drive 50 installs than five that just get views
• Are curious, self-directed, and comfortable being scrappy in an early-stage startup
• Bonus: you've grown an account, made UGC, or run your own content experiments
