Well Smart International Investment Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based firm working on architectural and built environment projects locally and overseas.

We are building up our BIM capability and would like to host interns on a regular basis.

Working alongside our architects and design team on live architectural projects in Singapore and overseas. This is a hands-on production role — the drawings you work on are issued on real projects.- Revit modelling and model updates on live projects- Production of architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections and details- Drawing revisions based on architects' mark-ups and comments- BIM coordination support and basic model and drawing quality checks- Drawing register maintenance and project documentation- Exposure to both Singapore and overseas projectsTraining and supervision: reporting to a supervising architect, with a structured two-week induction on our in-house Revit templates, layering conventions and drawing standards, and a weekly review of work. We will support the mid-term visit and assessment arrangements required by SP.Strong-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role upon graduation.
