Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation pastries, desserts, and breads
• Follow recipes and guidelines as directed by senior kitchen staff
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Learn and operate professional kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
• Label, store, and rotate ingredients properly
• Assist in daily mise en place and stock replenishment
• Support the pastry team in service and production tasks
• Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Certificate in culinary/baking/pastry or equivalent to SPM.
