MAINTENANCE & TECHNICIAN INTERN

We are seeking an energetic, responsible, and hands-on Maintenance & Technician Intern to join our team. During this internship, you will gain practical exposure to maintenance operations at our factory and outlets, including equipment inspection, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and general facility maintenance.

You will have the opportunity to learn how maintenance operations are managed in a food manufacturing and restaurant environment while gaining valuable technical experience and knowledge that can support your future career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at the factory and outlets.
• Assist with the inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and other facilities.
• Assist in identifying and reporting equipment faults, breakdowns, and maintenance issues.
• Support the team in responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns from outlets and factory operations.
• Assist in carrying out routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in safe and proper working condition.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and basic repair of equipment and facilities where required.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repair works, equipment servicing, and spare parts usage.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Assist in coordinating and following up with external contractors or service providers when required.
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out in accordance with Company procedures and safety requirements.
• Travel to different outlets when required to attend to maintenance issues.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Most importantly, have a strong willingness and motivation to learn.

We Are Looking For Individuals With:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or general maintenance is an added advantage.
• Have own transport and be willing to travel between the factory and outlets when required.
• Able to work hands-on and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work at our factory and various outlets.
• Strong interest in developing a career in maintenance and technical operations.
• Most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
