• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Support the customer service team in resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers on pending matters when required.
• Assist in preparing reports and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Internship duration: November'2026-March'27/April'27.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
