Responsibilities
Permanent Part‑Time Kitchen Assistant – Glow Food (100% Vegan Concept)
Location: 10 Coleman Street, Grand Park City Hall
Employment Type: Permanent Part‑Time
Responsibilities
Food preparation and cooking support.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas.
Assisting chefs during service.
Maintaining hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
Work Schedule
Hours: Fixed weekly shifts, 30 hours.
Shifts: 10:00–15:00 or 16:00–21:00 (Weekdays & Weekends).
Coverage during peak lunch/dinner hours.
Duties rotated: prep, service support, cleaning.
Overlap with full‑time staff for smooth handover.
Requirements
Basic kitchen skills.
Weekend availability is a must.
Food hygiene certification preferred.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
SOP Role
Daily Tasks: Stock check, utensil prep, assist cooking stations.
Closing Tasks: Wash equipment, sanitize work areas, log leftovers.
Accountability: Reports directly to Supervisor.
