Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing / QA.
• Experience in manual testing, including functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Able to identify, document and report bugs/issues accurately.
• Familiar with bug tracking and testing tools such as Jira, Trello or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of software testing processes and QA practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with developers and team members.
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Available to work on a part-time basis according to the agreed schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web, mobile and software applications.
• Execute test cases to verify functionality, usability and system performance.
• Identify, document and report *bugs, errors and system issues* to the development team.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and system updates.
• Conduct functional testing based on requirements and test scenarios.
• Verify and ensure reported issues are properly resolved before release.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios and testing reports.
• Work closely with developers and project team to investigate and resolve software issues.
• Provide feedback on system usability, functionality and user experience.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within the assigned timeline.

Pay: RM70.00 - RM100.00 per day
