Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and manpower services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and other business development activities
• Engage prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and introduce suitable recruitment solutions
• Arrange client meetings, present proposals and negotiate service agreements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research and identify potential industries, companies and key decision-makers
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings and sales forecasts
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure clients’ hiring requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled
• Achieve individual sales and client-acquisition targets

Required

• Familiarity with recruitment systems, CRM platforms, or applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid CEI (Basic) certification
• Results-driven, proactive and confident in engaging prospective clients
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and client meetings
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment or HR consulting is an added advantage
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency distribution environment.
• Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, events, or onboarding activities.
