Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Create, update, and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in filling out applications and preparing cheques for payments.
• Organize, file, and sort documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Coordinate and arrange dispatch of documents and packages as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to come to office on every beginning, mid and end month during office hours
• Must be able to commit for as long as possible
