Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative, curious and hands-on intern who is excited about
AI, social media, content creation, video and digital marketing
.
This is not an internship where you will spend your day doing filing or photocopying. You will work on
real businesses, real campaigns and real content
, and get the opportunity to experiment with new ideas and tools.
You will gain exposure across several of our businesses, including:

What You’ll Be Doing
You will work closely with the team on areas such as:
Creating content for
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
Filming and editing
short-form videos, Reels and TikToks
Using
AI tools to generate images, videos, ideas, scripts and marketing content
Brainstorming content concepts, hooks and social media campaigns
Creating simple graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva
Taking product photos and videos
Helping to plan and execute content calendars
Writing captions and adapting content for different platforms
Supporting e-commerce promotions and digital campaigns
Assisting with content for workshops, products, events and live-commerce activities
Researching social media trends and identifying content opportunities
Testing new AI and digital marketing tools and figuring out how they can be applied to our businesses
Supporting other marketing and creative projects where required
What You Will Learn
By the end of the internship, you should have practical experience in:
AI Content Creation
Learn how businesses can use generative AI for images, videos, copywriting, ideation and marketing workflows.
Social Media Marketing
Understand how content is planned, created, published and optimised across different platforms.
Video Production
Gain hands-on experience in filming, editing and creating short-form content.
E-Commerce & B2C Marketing
See how products, workshops and services are marketed and sold to consumers.
B2B Marketing
Get exposure to how a corporate gifting business markets and communicates with companies and organisations.
Entrepreneurship
Work across several businesses and see firsthand how ideas are tested, launched and developed.
Who We’re Looking For
You might be a good fit if you:
Are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Design or a related course
Enjoy TikTok, Instagram and creating digital content
Have an interest in
AI and new technology
Are creative and enjoy coming up with ideas
Are willing to learn video filming and editing
Are comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar apps
Are proactive and able to work independently after receiving guidance
Have good written and spoken English
Are organised and responsible with deadlines
Prior professional experience is
not required
. Personal projects, school projects, TikTok accounts, Instagram pages, videos or other creative work are welcome.
Internship Details
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Internship Duration:
Preferably 3–6 months
Internship Allowance:
S$1,000–S$1,200 per month
