Job Summary

You will coordinate studio operations and support sales activities, ensuring smooth customer interactions and maintaining a clean, organized environment in a flexible part-time role at a yoga studio in Raffles Place CBD.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner to enhance their experience
• Manage follow-ups proactively to ensure customer inquiries and sales leads are addressed promptly
• Use online systems efficiently to organize schedules and studio operations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to support sales and service activities
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in the studio environment to uphold high standards
• Support simple sales transactions and customer service tasks to facilitate smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Mindbody software to manage bookings and client information
• Background in fitness, wellness, or customer service to better understand client needs and studio operations
