Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Assist with daily accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with data entry and updating accounting records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Administration

• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Manage and organize documents, records, and office files.
• Assist with office supplies, purchasing, and inventory records.
• Support scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative activities.
• Assist with company events, meetings, and other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Able to work at least 3 days in a week.
• Able to work from September 2026 to January 2027
• Able to work at East Region, Changi.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills.
