Job Summary

Support membership administration and outreach activities to enhance member engagement and service delivery at SICCI. Provide front desk and trade documentation assistance while maintaining accurate records and communications.

Responsibilities

Prepare membership invoices, confirm payment receipts, and issue membership certificates to ensure accurate member account management

Follow up with members via phone and email to facilitate timely membership renewals

Conduct member outreach and follow-up calls to promote SICCI events, programmes, and membership initiatives

Maintain and update the membership database and records for accurate information management

Greet walk-in visitors and provide professional front desk reception services

Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and clarity

Schedule meeting rooms and manage visitor registrations to support event and meeting logistics

Support processing of new membership applications and related documentation to ensure smooth onboarding

Prepare membership reports, correspondence, and presentation materials to assist team communications

Provide administrative support to the Membership team and SICCI Secretariat to facilitate daily operations

Assist with processing and issuance of Certificates of Origin and other trade-related documents for Trade Documentation services

Perform other duties as assigned by Management to support organisational needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

Pleasant, positive, polite, and cheerful personality to foster a welcoming environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with professional telephone etiquette

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills demonstrated through member interactions

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage administrative tasks efficiently

Good organisational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Committed, independent, proactive, and able to collaborate within a team environment

Proficiency in AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) is an added advantage

Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage to effectively communicate with and support a diverse stakeholder base
